Useful Instruction and links to sites to enhance your understanding:

I am creating video and audio "programs" to assist me in communicating to you by different means the essence of the message that I'm attempting to develop on and through this site.  One important modality to connecting to the within and without of you is Meditation.  Meditation is practiced by many cultures and described by differing names, but the essence of the practice is the same; to connect with all that is Nature and to the Great Mystery, the Creator.  I will for the time being share these ideas through my Ojibwe way of knowing.  I am early on this path and will take time to understand and master.  There certainly are other ways and I look forward to folks from those traditions sharing here.  An example is the drumming and song to enhance your meditation experience.
